Question

I'm booking appointments now to look at photographers for a weekend in October. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to look at the photos and speak to the vendors. About an hour or more? I wanted to space out the appts. so I have enough time.

With the photographer we ended up booking, it was a little over an hour, some were way less..

it depends how interested you are. if you're just getting general info--figure 30-45 minutes. if you have a bunch of questions and go in depth with package options, give yourself at least an hour.

I will not be longer then an hour. Most will probally be less time then that. Have fun !

Anywhere between 30 minutes and a hour, depending on your questions, discussion of packages, and if you become involved looking at sample photo albums. We took probably close to a hour with the photographer we chose, b/c I can be 'chatty patty' sometimes and I felt completely comfortable with him.

The 3 we went to.. an hour was the shortest... one was an hour and 20 minutes and the longest was an hour & 45 minutes... the girl just had a very extensive presentation... way too long though!! I found that we couldn't get weekend appts with some places since they shoot weddings on the weekends. So we're spreading it out to 1 weeknight/week. Good luck!!
