ETA: That's also about when the communion dresses come out, too. I saw a bunch last year that would have been beautiful for a flower girl.

That's good thinking! If they aren't out in February, definately in March because Ash Wednesday is March 1st, I believe.

My flower girl got her dress around the holidays because our colors include black and red. All those velvet dresses are around then.
