I am planing in wearing a 3 or 3 and 1/2 inch heels for the reception and then I was thinking of getting ballet slippers just in case me feet hurt. But now I am thinking they will alter the dress to fit to the heels not the flats. I am afraid that the dress will drag alot. Any recommendations??

are you doing a bustle? It may not not drag as much with one. but you should probably mention this when doing alterations....i'm sure it's a common thing that most brides deal with.
