This might be stupid but it is for all the girls who have or will be getting married and have a dog.
What are you doing/have done with your dog the whole day you are getting married and night?
Anyone i would leave her with will be attending and or will be going out with us that night. I am sorry if this is stupid but i was just wondering what you will be doing.

I was just going to post the same thing.
You could also kennel the dog with your vet for the day (if your vet offers this service) or hire a dog sitter.

we left her at my parent's house. we left the house around 11:30am to head to the church. i think we left her food out before we left though and definitely took her for a walk.
my parents went home at the end of the night (i think they got home around 12:30am). my mom took her out quickly after they got home that night. she was happy to see them, and was fine overall.

my dog is also staying at my mom's house. She is good about being able to go long stretches without going out which helps. I think it depends on your dog. I wanted to take her with us but she is a runner and I dont want to be chasing after her in my wedding gown (I could so see that happening) so she has to say home.Also if you are thinking about bringing your dog to the venue make sure they permit dogs on premisis.

yeah i wouldn't bring her either she would be so bad. And i can't really leave her with the vet she would be devistated she needs loads of attention. Thank you guys though your input is great! I will probably have someone come and watch her but i just wanted to see what you guys will be doing.
