i am having a simple ceremony not a full mass... who else do i need besides readers? and who hands out programs and rice ??

Have one of the groomsmen/ushers hand out the programs and the rice. Or, when the ceremony is over, designate a cousin or close friend not in the BP to hand out the rice as your guests exit the ceremony. Have them seated near the back so they'll be at the door before everyone leaves.
