Re: Question!!!????????????????
some people do the maid of honor and then a matron of honor...but technically i say you can do whatever the heck you want!!
i don't think sides need to be even ..but that's up to you.

Re: Question!!!????????????????
p.s. i decided against doing two MOH b/c i felt like i should just pick one so they really feel 'honored'...i think sharing it (For me) would feel a little less meaningful...
and while i have a BM that i've been friends with since like 3rd grade...we live like 4 states away..so i went with the person who really knows who i am now.

Re: Question!!!????????????????
my sister will only be 17 and lives in Florida - she is the maid of honor....i also asked FH's sister to be the Matron of Honor - she is closer to 30, we are close, and I figure she could help out my Mom and sister since they don't live in NY
you can do whatever you like!

Re: Question!!!????????????????
yes you can have two. A matron of honor means that your ' maid of honor' is married, not single. There really arent any set rules, you can do whatever you want with bridesmaids, and groomsmen, its your wedding ! Im only havign one moh, my sister and she'll only be 16

Re: Question!!!????????????????
Im having one MOH (my sis) and my FH is having 2 BMs. Our BP isnt even either i dont think it matters. My MOH will look like a pimp walking with a guy on each arm

Re: Question!!!????????????????
a matron on honor is a woman that is already married... and the maid isn't... i wanted to have two.. but i decided that i wanted to have one, because she would feel more special...

Re: Question!!!????????????????
We're having one MOH and 2 best men because I have one sister and FH has 2 brothers. I originally wanted him to make his older bro BM so things would be even but I quickly changed my mind when he didn't want to choose between them.
I've considered bumping up one of my BMs to be a co-MOH -- not to make things even (I'm over that) but because she's seriously helped me every step of the way with planning above and beyond anyone else in my bridal party (including my MOH) but I'll probably just leave things as is because it might cause drama with my other BMs. If we each have friends as groomsmen or bridesmaids and our siblings as BM/MOH it's hard to argue with that.
