Im picking my dress up on tuesday. I told the bridal place my wedding was a week before it actually was for dress purposes, now i have to get my dress early..any tips on how to hang the dress etc....TIA
When I picked up my dress, they told me to remove it from the plastic and hang it up. As long as you can transport it safely to where you're getting dressed on the Big Day, that would be good.
Just make sure you leave enough room for it. I said my wedding date was a bit more than a month before my wedding date. We're going to hang it outside of my childhood closet door.

I would hang it in an air conditioned area because the heat can cause wrinkles... Also, hang it up on something high and let the train down (if you have one) because it will get all wrinkled if you don't... Also, NO SMOKING near it... My whole family smokes including me and FH so my dress is staying away from us! The new fabric will obsorb the smell very easy if everything so don't even sprat air freshiner near it... Just hang it so it can't get wrinkled and you should be fine.. I had over 100 girls ask me this when I worked in the bridal shop! Good Luck!
