is it our job as the bride to hire someone to go to the reception site and set up our menu cards, table cards, favors... etc. or is the place supposed to do it?
I want things set up in a different way. and im not sure if i am supposed to hire someone for this.

the hall is supposed to do this...just make sure you tell them ahead of time exactly how you want everything set up.

I figured that, but it just crossed my mind today. I want to set my favors up in the shape of a wedding cake, so I wasn't sure if they go above and beyond. But i guess that is what some of the service charge goes to. I hope so anyway. I thought I would ask you girls before I start annoying the girl at the hall again. I feel like I don't know anything.
