Question !

If we are having 2 maid of honors & 2 best men,... who does the speech at the wedding.

And also does anyone say a speech at the engagement party???

You can have them all do speeches if you want. Totally up to you.

As for the e-party, we didn't have any speeches at ours.

They can all say a speech if you want or if they're all friends the girls can write a speech together and so can the guys
You don't have to do a speech at the e-party but if anyone make's a speech its you and your FH or your parents (whoever is throwing the party) thanking everyone being there.

I say anyone can make a speech! You can have the 2 MOH's make the speech together, then the 2 Bestmen. Or they can make their own seperately! Depends how much time you want for speeches.

We didnt have anyone make a speech at our engagement party. When we came back to the house after the restaurant, a couple of my friends made quick speeches but nothing planned out in advance.

We have 2 MOH's and 2 BM's and they will all do a toast. My sister's had 2 of each also and we all made a toast.
