i think it means you're perfectly proportionate. like hourglass. i would take it as a compliment. then again no one has ever actually said it to me so this is just my theory.

and if you're referring to someone saying this to you, your figure is ammmmmazzzing so it must be a compliment.

i think she is mistaken... from pictures that ive seen of you the last thing that would have come to mind is child bearing hips...

It depends on who it is coming from... my relatives tell me this all of the time... to them it is a great thing. To me it just means I don't fit into a size 6.

i think older people mean it as, nice defined waist, like so yeah your hips are going to show if you have a great waist. i dont think many younger people say that anyway but yeah i wouldnt take it badly cuz if someone were saying woah you are big or something (which you definately and obviously are not in the least!!!!), they wouldnt be able to see your hips, lol...
