question

my dress is diamond white.

the shoes i ordered yesterday are ivory satin.

Do you think theyll go? Just curious to what people think..ill obv bring them to try them on with the dress before placing the dress order!

my dress is ivory, but the shoes I got are pale gold. I think it'll look fine....

you could always then wear them again maybe if they're ivory.

I would get white shoes for a white dress but when you think about it who is really going to see your shoes, so I think you'll be fine!

for a white dress i would have gotten white shoes but no one will be looking at the shoes.

I think it may depend on the material of your dress too, something really sparkly at the bottom could kinda distract from the color being slightly off. I think it's gonna come down to your preference once its in your possession. How picky are you? Is it something that could drive you crazy last minute when you're wrapping up the rest of your planning? If you think that's a possibility then you can always buy a back up pair as it gets closer and give yourself an option. This way if it's last minute & you're stressed or all of a sudden picky with things, you're not obsessing about finding a different pair. i always like having a plan B, just in case...
