Question about a BM

Question about a BM

So about a month ago one of my BMs dropped out of my bridal party b/c of a disagreement with my mom re: my shower...a problem many of you helped with. So now I have a question...well I have not spoken to her since and as far as I know, her decision was to drop out. So now I am working on my next BM newsletter...do I still send her one hoping she will change her mind...and also the invite for the rehearsal? I am not sure what to do. I did hear from my MOH that the email my other BM sent out about my bach. party did go to the dropped out BM. So I guess they are trying to involve her thinking she will change her mind. I just don't want to call or email the dropped out BM b/c I don't want it to seem as though I am begging her to change her mind. You girls always give the best advice! Thanks!

if shes a close friend I would invite her to the RD and I wouldnt send her a BM newsletter since she dropped out and you want to respect her decision.

I thought she was a close friend, that's why I wanted her in my BP...but I have not seen or spoken to her since she dropped out.

Re: Question about a BM

is she still invited to the wedding? I would talk to her and try to find out what happened, if you feel differently about her then you shouldnt feel obligated to include her in everything the BMs are doing since she dropped out, but if feel you are still close friends I would invite her to the the RD if other guests are going.

Re: Question about a BM

honestly, i say don't.

She couldnt get it together and had an arguement with your mom, if she was truly your friend and a BM she would have just suckked it up and been there for you in the beginning. now she dropped out, I would forget her. she obviously wasnt such a good friend

honesty, I would talk to her before inviting her to anything. but, i think if she really wanted to be involved ... she would be emailing you.

Re: Question about a BM

I don't know the bgd info but if she doesn't want to be a BM and just wants to be a guest on your day I think that's fine. just b/c she's not a BM doesn't mean she's not your friend. i would def call her and smooth things out if she is a good friend to you apart from all the wedding stuff. but just leave it at that. if there's a question i think it should be a no. just my 2 Cents.

good luck

Re: Question about a BM

i think its chilidish that she dropped out because of an arguement with your mom. It seems like you had nothing to do with that and she should've been there for you. I would just invite her to the wedding, but thats it.
