Question about addressing invites - weird invite scenario

So my coworkers who are married arent bringing husbands what do i write on the invititaion? (They suggested this to me this was not something I came up with on my own and would never do this to someone if hadn't been brought up to me)

SO would I just write

'Mrs. Ashley O'Connor' for the woman?

Personally I would invite both anyway. If they chose to go solo (which it sounds they are) they will respond as 1.

If you do NOT want them to bring guests, even if they didn't suggest it then I would use the

Mrs. Jane Doe

Yes, I would just put Mrs. and their full name.

I think 'Mrs. Jane Doe' is perfectly fine.

I think that would be fine. If they specifically requested to be invited solo, then I don't see anything wrong with that.
