question about being off BCP

Just went off the pill. I should be getting my period in a few days if it's a 28 day cycle. but I'm on my 26th day, and I think I'm ovulating. I have a pain on my side. Is that weird?

I got MAJOR CRAMPS for the first time since I was a teenager the first month I went off the pill.

I also had a lot of cramping when I first came off the pill. You may get this for a few months.
