You absolutely should have been given the correct size that you paid for! I'd go back to the salon and have them reorder the dress in your correct size, whether you decide to wear it or not.

That sucks!

I agree that you should get the size that you order. But I'm just wondering if the dress that you got is in a more popular size. If so, it'll make it easier to sell it to another bride

I don't understand why you just didn't forfeit your deposit.
You should have definitely checked over your dress beforehand but since it is the wrong size, they should do something. Sorry this is so stressful!
