My wedding is in April, and I was thinking of having 5 of the 7 girls wearing rose (or maybe a light purple) and the 2 other girls (MOHs) wearing either wine or maybe an eggplant. My question is do think wine or eggplant is too dark as an accent color for spring?

Please, anyone I really like the wine and eggplant against the light color, but not sure if those colors are too dark for April.

I think its just fine. Especially if you are having an evening wedding! I am getting married in MAy and have no inrtention of limiting myself to pastel or light colors.

i say go with whatever you want...
im having a fall wedding and at first i wanted sage green, coral, and light yellow....and then i decided on autumn colors...but its ur wedding, do what makes u happy! even if its not the norm!

i'm doing navy blue with an accent color of champagne/ivory in june.... i think that we should do what we want because its our day!

I'm doing wine colored dresses and my wedding is in August. Not really a summer color, but thats what I liked so I went with it. If you like it do it!
