question about core

i am thinking about switching to core...a few things: is low fat whole wheat bread core?? (or any bread?) what about nuts like walnuts or almonds? there was something else, but i can't think of it now...feel free to post some creative/different things you like to eat on core... thanks ladies!!

Re: question about core

bread is not a core food. neither are nuts or whole cheeses. BUT you do get 35 flex points in addition to as much core food as you need to feel satisfied. and you can also accumulate activity points.

i've been eating lots of great things on core... for example, this morning i ate shredded wheat with a banana, skim milk, and 1/4 cup cracklin oat bran (my fave - 1 point). this afternoon i ate leftover sauteed zucchini and yellow squash, over couscous, with a tbsp of parmesan cheese over it (1 point). for dinner i made ground turkey chili with tomatos, zucchini, corn, and beans. i served it over brown rice. for a snack i ate frozen grapes, and a polly'o string cheese (2points).

core is excellent - i am eating very healthily and i never feel hungry.
