Question about DJ meetings?

Question about DJ meetings?

I have an appointment to meet with FM Entertainment, but they are based in Rockaway, so future meetings with them are practically impossible.
My question is, should I be expecting to have to meet multiple times, to discuss songs, etc. Or can that be done via email?

I am only meeting with my dj once, and it's going to be 2 weeks before the wedding

DH and I only met with our DJ once at his home office and then again 2 weeks before the wedding - at a showcase.

I wouldn't base his office location in your decision. if you like them. go for it! JMHO
