Question about dress measurements

So I'm ordering my dress online from chic bridal, a seller on ebay and it says
If your measurements fall between two sizes, consider the largest measurement of your body first, as well as the style you're ordering, then determine which measurements would be easier to alter.

My measurements are 32, 28 and 37. I don't fall in an exact measurement.
