my fmil and my mother want to throw fh and i e-party.. my question is who is suppose to throw it?

parents of the groom do the rehearsal dinner i think.

I think technically it is pob who pay for the rd and pog pay for the rd...but now a days there really is no etiquette

I think the Fh's parents....but all of those 'supposed to do' things are so old and outdated....let who ever wants to throw throw it!
