**UPDATE** We went to KOC in Oceanside this weekend and no one was there, dissapointing. Then we also went to Rocco's. I had my mothers 50th surprise party there, and it was nice. But its super annoying, bc I called up once and talked to some guy, he told me one price. then my mother called up n talked to some lady ans she told her anothe rprice. Then when we went there this weekend, the same lady told us a diff. price. So I was annoyed.
Finally, the guy from KOC called us back last nite...He said it would be 33 pp, 37 if i wanted an open bar.
That's pretty good, right? We are going back either tonight or tomorrow night to check out the place... This stuff is so frustrating!!!

I know, it is frustrating!!
But remember: and eparty is a reason for all the people you care about to get together.
We are just having it at a restaurant- nothing too fancy- and we got a great price. I would stay on the less expensive side so that way you don't have to rely on gifts to make the $$ back.
Also as far as the date- we are getting married labor day weekend and have the same concern, but like others have said, the people who really care will make it a priority.
