Has any one worked with either Rob from Pedestals or Rich from Flower Michele. I really like both of them and would love to hear if anyone has good or bad to say!!!! Thanks

Do a search on the forums for those two, you will see a lot of posts. (see the menu up top for Search feature)
I'm not using either, but I hear a lot of great things about both Pedestals and Flower Michele.

I met with him last week and booked two days later - a little more than I wanted to spend but I literally sat down with him and told him what I liked and didn't like and he went in the back, came back over with an arrangement that was exactly what I wanted. He didn't push anything either - asked what my needs were and was very nice. I've heard such wonderful things about them on this site so I think it was a good choice.
