My friend is thinking about selling her home and she said that FSBO offers a package for about $500 which puts your house on MLSLI.com and realtor.com.
Not bad. I may utilize this once its time for me to sell.
This caught me off guard though.

I hope this isn't a way for a RE agent to try to hook you in to represent you and take commission. If they are calling just for the sole reason of getting the MLS listed... then its fine.
My biggest gripe with this would be the amount of RE agents that will call you once this goes up. When I did my FSBO listing... i had TONS of agents trying to get them to represent me... claiming they had hundreds of willing buyers... bla bla bla.
Next time I do a FSBO... i am specifically putting in NO BROKER CALLS in the ad.
