Question about getting wedding dress cleaned....

Did anyone have so many stains that the cleaners couldn't get them all out? I am bringing my dress to FINALLY get cleaned and preserved and I feel like it is soooooooo dirty!!!! Help!!

No worries - it's amazing what they can get out - and what they find. I sent my dress to wedclean and they put it through an ultraviolet light to find stains that we couldn't see. What material is your dress?

Thanks for your response!!! I just brought my dress to the cleaners and he said he has seen much worse!! My dress is satin with no beading so he said there wouldn't be any problem!!! Thank goodness!!

Where is everyone bringing their dress to be cleaned? I haven't even done this yet either. I don't know why I am procrastinating so bad. I think it's because I'm worried they will ruin it or shrink it or something horrible! Is that crazy to think that? I have some big chocolate stain on my dress. I don't even remember it happening??

I'm taking mine to Vanderbilt Cleaners on rt 111 in Hauppauge. $89!!!!!!!!!!!!! cleaned and preserved in a box I aksed if they could put my veil in there too and they said yes.
