I got the picture frame for people to sign.

Where does this get placed?

and black sharpie???

see but I am doing donation and have two frames with Dad's pic and wording...I am afraid it will be too cluttered...

I would put your dads pics in the reception area not the area where the escort/place cards are...

somewhere close to the escort cards so when the guest first walk in they can sign and sit or sign throughout the night.

i would put it maybe at the entrance to your room and leave the signable picture out with the escort cards

We made a photo guest book and we will place it where the Escort cards are. We weren't sure what pen to use so FH bought a fancy Sharpie but I got a regular guest book pen just in case.

our RH had an easle. just make sure they take the glass off before they place it out. i know that sounds dumb, but ours forgot to do that and people were signing the glass until someone realized something was up .
