I know that you use them to decorate the cake table, but who puts them there? Do you do it the day before, or do you have someone at the hall do it?
I brought them the day before and told them where I wanted it...we did it on a small table in the foyer with wedding photos of family and friends that were married before us (including great-grandparents, grandparents, sister, friends)
Did any of you have any problems with just asking the hall to display them on the cake table? Did anyone's hall forget to do it?
For the CH they were displayed with the polaroid guest book table and then in the reception we had them on OUR table in the center with the BM's bouquets decorating the rim of table adjacent to the letters. On our cake table we had my bouquet, cake/knife server and bouquet for the anniversary dance winner.
