What is the normal timing to send out invites. I do have a B List and am getting married on Nov. 19 and the RSVP date is Oct. 19 when should I send out the invites?

We mailed ours out about 6 weeks prior to the RSVP date. We didn't have a B list though. Sorry if I wasn't very helpful!
