question about lighting

question about lighting

I wanted to have our DJ do some lighting. Maybe some soft pink lights and also pink spotlights for the dance floor. The problem is I'm getting married in the afternoon and my hall has ceiling to floor windows and I don't know if it will look right.

Anyone here with a day wedding doing lighting? Anyone here attended a day wedding where they had lighting? Did it look right?

I had a day wedding so we didn't have lighting! IMO I don't think you need it or are really gonna see it during the daytime!

We are also having a daytime wedding. We didn't take any lighting packages....we did order a light that will spin our names on the floor while we are dancing. Not that we will use it but we get to keep that.
