On Saturday I bought shoes at Macy's and now I see on the website they're more than $20 cheaper. Will they do a price adjustment for me? Do I have to go there or can I do it over the phone?

Yeah, I'm really hoping not to have to go because on a non school day the mall is going to be mobbed with kids. Yuck!

They do not do price adjustment over the phone. you have to go to the mall. this happened to me !

THey should do it in the store. I found hte same problem with their registry. I was told they post west coast prices on their web site but will honor those prices in the store.

Just an update for anyone who will ever be in this situation - I called and they said print the page and bring it in and they'll honor it.
