Question about men - vent

I know this has been posted before, but I'm just a little aggrevated...

Why is it that men think if you're being polite, it's ok for them to assume you want them to get down your pants (sorry to be graphic)...

I'm walking out of the deli for lunch, some guy says 'Hi beautiful, how are you' and I simply respond with a 'Fine, thanks'...and kept walking. He then proceeds to comment on my 'luscious a$$', then makes 'umm, umm, umm' noises as I walk away...I just don't get it. Just leave it at hello!!!

Sorry, it annoyed me...

Marni - men are so dumb. I think they are only allotted like 10 intelligent words a day and by the time that guy saw you he already used up his allotment so all he could say is 'yummy' (and you are so pretty too!)

Men...............just thank god you aren't married to that guy

I hate it when they honk at you when you're driving... or when you're stopped at a light you can feel them staring at you... Like what do they think we're gonna do, be all 'into it' and give them our phone numbers??

But I have to say, that the ultimate worst thing is when the subway is crowded, and you feel something on your body and you turn around, and it is some nasty man smiling at you. I don't have to tell you what was poking me.

LMAO, Happend to me today too. I dont know what it is that men think they can say anything they want whenver they want.

Just think all of these morons have mothers, sisters, wives daughters, how would they feel is some pig in the street said those charming words to them (Today I got 'can I wear your @$$ as a hat) WOW YES SURE YOU BIG STUD YOU! YOUR BEER BELLY IS SUCH A TURN ON!!

Can I just add that only some men are pigs? I cannot imagine DH saying or doing stuff like that to anyone. As a matter of fact I know he wouldn't.

However I do agree there are far too many men out there who think they are god's gift to the world and that you should be thankful that they even look at you, let alone speak to you. YUCK!!!!

I can relate....everyday I have to walk by these men who hang out on the steps of their electrical supply company. They load the trucks all day and send them out so they are there when I come in and when I leave. I cant walk by without comments. If I respond they want more...if I dont they just come back with more and louder comments...its disgusting....I am fed up!

I used to get so steamed about men like that ....

I usually just keep walking and ignore the comments until one night. It happened in a bar ... a guys says ' Man you've got the biggest ****S ever!' I was so livid ... I got in his face and said (among other things) ... 'What are you ... a rocket scientist?! That's the best thing you can think to come up with?! How'd you like it if I commented on the lack of ANYTHING VISIBLE in your K R O T C H?!!! ' Mouths were hanging open & my gf's had to come and pull me away from this moron. I'd had it! But it felt so good afterwards!

So it seems to me that some guys think they can say whatever they want b/c you won't say anything back in return. It's like a power thing. But I agree, most of them say stuff b/c they can't actually carry on a conversation w/ a woman!

Men are gross!! I make fun of idiots that do this. The other day on 48th there was a girl with a pretty large rear end. This guy is literally standing staring at her. Walks and continues to turn his head to stare at her. A tree is in front of him and I say: 'Hey buddy stop looking at her a$$ before you bump into the tree!' Guess what: BUMP!! HA HA Dumb A$$!!!
