Question about Old Westbury Gardens

OK, so FH and I were looking for a Free place to take pics, but then we are like, maybe we should just suck it up and the the money for OWG b/c its so nice there (and in case it rains)..so I go on the website and it says that you can only take pics outside until the beginning of November?! So what would I be paying that money for? THe inside? We really wanted to take pics outside...I put a call in to find out more info, but the woman isn't there today...anyone else have this problem? TIA

It sounds like you have it backwards - for our Sept wedding they wouldn't guarantee that the inside would be available because of inclimate weather since they have concerts & events inside from the spring - fall.



If the weather is ok on your wedding I am sure you can take pictures outside in November.

the 295+ tax was not in the budget
so we are looking at alternative free parks.........

We did ours at Planting Fields. I don't recall how much it was, but it was substantially less than OWG. Planting Fields
