When you make them did you put the peoples name on it...for example each guest name. The hotel told me I had to make them all generic. But I wanted to give the families with kids something different...did anyone else have this problem?

My hotel told me that if we put specific names on them they will charge us $3/box to make sure the right people get them, so yes...we have this issue too. I'm just going to make them generic since I don't want to go to the additional expense.

Really? thats ridicolous. I am bringin my hotel 21 rooms not including the suite we are getting. the least they can do is handle the OOT boxes...I am a little annoyed!!!

for my sister's, we wrapped all of them and then put a post it on each with the guest's name and out number incase there were problems
