We're doing apple, pecan and pumpkin mini pies as favors since they kind of go with the fall theme. I contacted the Table Talk company and they can deliver the pies right to us. Am I crazy to want to take those pies out of the Table Talk boxes and put them in plain white mini pie boxes and then seal them with a favor sticker? Am I giving us too much work just a couple days before the wedding? I'm just not thrilled with them being in the red table talk pie box. What do you guys think?

i just looked them up and no, i don't think you're crazy!!
maybe you could just wrap the table talk boxes or put them in bags though so you don't risk ruining the pie trying to get it out of one box and into another?

hey omg we are doing the SAME THING!! except mini pumpkin cheesecakes and mini apple pies- we are putting ours in plain white boxes and sticking a label on top!
Have you looked into where to buy the boxes you can get them wholesale for cheap.. I dont think your crazy and you can buy them now..and put the labels on them and all you have to do is switch them.. that will prob take you like 30 mins tops!

actually my mom's friend owns a bakery and he's doing them so he ordered them.. but I would use that website that was mentioned and I'm sure if you search around you can find them for cheap!

I bought my pastry boxes for the VH from www.papermart.com. They had a great selection.

Hmm maybe, they're in Massachusetts. I don't know if it would be easier to drive the boxes there as opposed to boxing them ourselves one-two days before. Do you think that's insulting to the company to make it known that the brand won't be shown? I'd feel like they'd tell me no.

i would take them out of those boxes too. maybe rap them and use personalized ribbon to seal it? that's just me. but i dont think ur crazy.

love this idea but i would definitely want to put them in different boxes too. Maybe if you could assemble all the boxes and have them ready to go it would take you like a half hour to do it - maybe get a little assembly line going.
