I am thinking about ordering my Bm dresses from Netbride, but don't know what to do about alterations. Am I supposed to reccomend to my girls where to go, because I don't know a good place at all.
I don' know why, but I feel like I can trust a bridal salon more because they deal withWedding gowns and BM dresses for a living.
I also have a BM in Queens, Some in Nassau, one in Suffolk, and one upstate.
Can anyone make any recommendations to me and possibly how much they charge for alterations?

Re: Question about outside seamstresses . . .
I don't know if it will work for all of your girls, but Bridal & Tuxedo Center in Shoreham is great.. I got all 12 BM dresses from them and they have been very accommodating to everyone Joan the owner is so helpful and will do what ever you need. They gave me the best prices on my BM dresses I am not sure what the charge was for the alterations, but I am sure very reasonable Hope this helps

Re: Question about outside seamstresses . . .
For my friends wedding we got our BM dresses from netbride-they were much cheaper because they get them right from the manufacturer and we had them so fast. I went to a local seamstress that I knew. There is this drycleaning place in farmingdale called Classy Touch and this lady does alterations in there-I forget her name but she is this cute old lady who does imaculate work and wont rip you off. She did my dress. If you call there the owner will set you up with her. Also try Faye at Macys Bridal in manhasset. She works there but is also a seamstress and a dressmaker on the side. She has good prices. She is going to do my dress I think because I got my gown there.
