Question about pain right under....

breast area. Mine have gotten huge in the past couple of months (changed bra sizes twice and now I'm outgrowing 36DDs) and I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the pain that I've been having recently. It's a sharp pain right under the breasts and predominantly in the center between and under them. I went to pick up my 13 pound shih tzu the other day and I felt pain in that area and yesterday while hanging my coat again I felt a sharp pain. If I touch the area it hurts (almost like its bruised). I have no pain anywhere else as far as my tummy area. If anyone has any insight please share--I have an appointment on Thursday, but I'm worried!
