question about paper to print directions on?

I need to reprint or photo copy the direction cards onto nicer paper. What type of paper do i use and where do i get it?
Can it be put into a regular printer or should i bring it someplace like Kinkos or something?
Sorry, i'm not very crafty or computer literate!
Thanks

I bought a package of carded paper at office depot for under $10 and its nice and thick. It comes in a pack of a few hundred, but its cheap. It works on my cheap at home printer.

I used white card stock from Staples... all of their resume pape is really nice too to print directions on as well... it can all go through a regular printer as well...

I actually redid the directions for mine (retyped the information and used a Mapquest map instead). Then I printed it on cardstock. It came out pretty nice.

I did the directions on the computer and took them to a print shop. If you do that, ask them to print them on a printer, using a disk rather than a copier. The quality is much better.

They also have the paper there--I chose ecru card stock. And they will cut them for you. I can't remember the name of the printer, but they are located on 13th Street in Manhattan near 5th Avenue.
