question about parents on invite

Just wondering ... The girls who are paying for the wedding themselves with no help from their parents are you putting your parents names on the invitations?? If yes, how are you wording them?

forgot to add grooms parents are deceased

I did this and used this format:

BRIDE FIRST AND MIDDLE NAMES
daughter of ____ & ____ Lastname
and
GROOM FIRST AND MIDDLE NAMES
daughter of ____ & ____ Lastname

Invite you...blahblahblah

it looked a little weird at first because it makes your names the first thing on the invitation, but we picked an invitation with a design on top so it wasn't all the way at the top of the page. Alternatively you could do:

The honour of your presence is requested at the wedding of
BRIDE FIRST AND MIDDLE NAMES
daughter of ____ & ____ Lastname
and
GROOM FIRST AND MIDDLE NAMES
daughter of ____ & ____ Lastname

between my parents being divorced & my dad being re-married, it was going to be too complicated, so we did your basic.

Brides first & last name
&
Grooms first & last name

together with their parents...

We did:

Melissa Erin _________
and
Kurt Lee _______
together with their parents
request the honour of your prescence

We did, out of respect for our parents...ours said:

My Mom & my dad (divorced - different last names)
and
Mr. & Mrs. FH's parents
invite your to witness as their children

Michelle Elena
and
Michael Patrick

i did something like this basically.

We did,
Today i will marry my best friend the one i laugh with live for love,
Karen
Daughter of
Mrs. Jane Doe and Mr. Joe Doe (Divorced)
And
John
Son of
Mr & Mrs Joe Doe

and so on.
