Question about Pedastals...

Did they seem kinda pushy to you? They just called me to confirm an appt, I totally forgot about, and she was kinda pushy about rescheduling me and when I told her I had booked elsewhere then I orginally stated, she seemed disappointed.. the tone in her voice was strange..things that make you go hmmmm

I have to tell you, when I went there, I was surprised. I have never seen anything like that before! I used to run a hair salon and I felt like I was back home at my salon again! But, the owner came by and spoke to us and I thought that he was REALLY nice and excited about his work.

The woman who called me to follwo up after my appointment was VERY pushy. I may use them because they are offering a significant discount off their regular price (original quote from months ago). It is a good price assuming I get what we agreed upon. If the sample isn't great - I'm out of there. If the wedding day flowers aren't great - I'm gonna give them hell. So far I have heard great things about their finished products though and they have been very nice to me so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I wanted the discount but they gave it so easily (they offered the discount before I could ask) - I'm still wary. People rush to find a florist. I have 3 months until my wedding and I'm in no hurry. There are tons of florists and they will cut their prices the later you look. When you look like you want to book soon and get it out of the way - florists take you for a ride (in my opinion)

Absolutly pushy I went there for a flower session at the office in Howard Beach, I want to use Russo On The Bay and they told me to go to pedestals I told Mr. Russo that their house florist is to expensive so they then told me to go to Stephans Florist they are worst yet
these florists pay big fees to the catering Halls.
It's not fair to us to use these florists, I want to bring my florist and Mr. Russo said I can't use my florist I must use his house florist
