Do your parents go with you to the site of your pictures or do you take pictures with them at the church and or RH? My mom was going to have people back at the house so they will have somewhere to go while we take pictures. Is that how it usually works or is she and FH's parents supposed to come with me?
I plan to take the family photos at the RH. Only me FH and the BP will be going to a separate location for pics.
in the weddings i have been in i have seen both.. if i were going to a site i would prob just bring my bridal party

Our church is at 1:30 and our reception is at 6:30. We are having a full mass so that's an hour and the church says we should be in front of the church for 1/2 hour for pictures. So that brings me to 3:00. I am scheduling my pictures to start and 4:00 because my church is in Babylon and the pictures will be taken in Oyster Bay so I am leaving a little room for travel time. The permit allows us to be there for an hour and a half. So we will get to our RH a little early to take some more pictures there. So I don't know what to do.
im taking pics with my parents at home because thats where we are getting ready and then the guys are taking pics at the RH...
both of our parents are coming with us early to the rh with the bp and all my nieces and nephews but those are all the pictures we are taking. then fh and i will take our pics alone during the ch

I have been wondering this too. How long does a full mass usually take?
I am going to a location to take pics and I think I am going to take our parents because when I get to the RH i need to take pics with the grandparents and I dont want to miss my cocktail hour.

A full mass is usually an hour. I def want to be at my cocktail hour too so I want to make sure all of my pictures are done. I want to make sure everyone has a place to go and it was my moms idea to have people back but now I hear different things like that parents are supposed to come. Then what to do we do with all of the people that live nowhere around there. They aren't going to come and watch us take pictures for an hour and half. Ahhhh![]()

We are having only the girls for the morning...FMIL can come if she would like. Then, after the cermony we are going somewhere to take pics and we're having the full immediate family and the BP come with us. We are letting the guests know where in case they want to come watch since some requested that, but they won't be in any pics. Then, at the RH we will get everyone else...
I think I am having mom, dad and FILs come to where we are doing pics and will be doing pics with them first, then let them go off to host their events while we do bridal party pics.
my fam will be with us the whole day so we can take pics at church then right b4 ch
