Question about Putting in a Window

Hi everyone,

Question: How much do you think it is to install a 'new' window. What I mean by this is actually cutting out a square in your house and putting in a window....there is an empty space above my front door that would look great if there was a window there so you can see the chandelier that is hanging in the front foyer...

What do you think???

TIA!
