We were having a mass and then we decided to do a ceremony instead. Do you still have 2 readers in a catholics church ceremony? I know you have 2 in a mass but I dont know about a ceremony.

You do the first part of the mass when you do just the ceremony so you will still need two readers.

The Liturgy of the Word is the same for a ceremony as it is for a mass. You just go straight to the vows after the homily and then some final prayers. No Eucharist prayers and blessings or communion.
