Okay say you try on a dress at a different store to see if you like it and you do and then you order it at RK cause its cheaper....
Does RK do all your 'fittings' ? Or is it really just like a factory and you go and pick it up and then you have to find a seamstress somewhere???

You can do it either way...they have a 'no frills' program where you just buy the dress through them and have your fittings done somewhere else. Or you can have everything done there.

I went there for my dress & found itoverwhelming, but whenI went for my Bm's afterwork it was fine, I coudl browse, but soemoem was avaialble when I wanted to se a swatch book. I woudl get it there if my MOH was inNY. We might do thee no frills, or she might get it by her. The BM's dresses seemed easier to deal with.. mayeb because there are SOOO many bridal gowns. Once you go & they assign you an asocaiate, you can back & make an apointment withher & then it is less factory like. I jsut never went back, b/c i found something somewhere else first. But its not like a big sample sale. they measure & do fittings & all.

I have heard that they only doing fittings on weekdays, so that may be something to consider.

RK Bridal does three fittings for each bride and they do them on weeekends as well, all three of my fittings are scheduled for Saturdays... I would definitely recommend finding your bridal gown at a smaller boutique and ordering it for less at RK!

I didn't know RKBridal does fittings on weekends. Is that new for the summer schedule? That would be great so I don't have to take days off from work to do fittings.

I was told in April that Rk doesn't do any bridal fittings on weekends. They actually gave me a time during the week which was no good for me and I had to beg for them to change it to a day later(a day that i would be off). They also mentioned that they had nothing after3/4pm when I was scheduled to come in. I can't believe that they do weekend fittings.
