I really want magnets, but I'm really picky and the only STD that I like is just like a postcard - no magnet. Do you think I could buy little round magnets and glue them onto the back myself? Would that look cheap?
Also, please recommend whatever website you may have used for your STD magnets. I really can't find any that I love!

The problem with gluing magnets onto the back..the postcard might be too big. You can always try it with one and see how it comes out?
I ordered postcards and got them from Vistaprint...I'm pretty sure they have magnets as well. I got an amazing price and they came out great.

I would go with this option, I don't know about gluing magnets to a back of a postcard, sorry...

you could def get them off etsy and ask the seller if they could make it into magnet (if its not already), theyre usually pretty flexible!

Re: Question about save-the-dates (magnets)
I ordered mine from magnet street.com. They were reasonably priced and high quality...
Ok, I wanna change my response because i was thinking you were taking like the small hard magnets like the round ones that come in a pack and gluing them to the back of a postcard, that wouldn't be good
If you get the thin magnet strips or the business card size ones, or the peel and stick thin ones then that won't be bad...

haha, I actually was talking the small little round ones - and gluing them to a regular save the date (not technically a postcard, but printed paper the size of a postcard) - but now I realize how ridiculous that would look! Peel and stick sounds good... hmmm
I'll also keep looking for one that already is a magnet - I'm really not a do-it-yourself type of person anyway!

i see nothing wrong with the little round ones especially if you put it in the middle. the strip would probably work better (i'm thinking along the top though) and be easier overall though
