This is probably a crazy question but, did you guys lick all your envelopes to seal them before you mailed them or is there an easier way?

We used a brand-new sponge that was slightly damp for our engagement party invites. They also sell little tubes with a sponge tip on the end - you fill the tube with water and the sponge gets damp.

I used gluestick and it worked out great!

Glue stick idea sounds great - I never thought of it. I have used the little things that are made exactly for this purpose, they sometimes let too much water flow out. Good luck - hope you dont get cotton tongue from licking all those envelopes.

Did anyone see the Seinfeld episode where George's Fiance licked all the wedding envelopes. She died from glue poison.
