There are 8 kids in my wedding 2 are my daughters....Shoes for the girls are like $36 plus dyeing because they have ivory dresses My other girl is fh neice and I will be buying her shoes because her parents say they cant afford to(liars they are just cheap and think its my job to pay for them) Would it be o.k. to just buy ivory shoes for $12.99 instead of 'official fg shoes'????

Sure. Do what you want. It will still look beautiful. FYI- I also have kids in my wedding and they are going to payless and dying them. I think they are reasonable. Hey, they are under 4 and will never wear them again. I am going to buy them ballet slippers for the reception, because my fsil's are insisting on bringing them.

With 8 kids in your wedding and two being your own I really wouldn't be worrying about the perfect flower girl shoes, I'm sure the other accessories are high enough. Besides kids will be kids and those perfect ivory FG shoes might be dirty with chocolate cake or grass stains by the end of the reception.

DanielleBride is absolutely right! Ivory shoes + kids = mess! Go for the $12.99 shoes, no one will care or notice. Plus, they will look absolute adorable (that's what kids do best) regardless of what's on their feet.

Thanks Girls my 8 yr old daughter was in a wedding in october and had dyeables but didnt dye them and they ae sooo dirty I just didnt see the point of spending all that money
