Have any of you did this? I know it's called TRASH your dress but is there any way to have your dress cleaned and preserved after the shoot? We wanted to go back to the beach and it will definitely get wet (from ocean) and sandy. Do you think they can clean it after that?
TIA!!!

Re: Question about Trashing the Dress Shoot
If you are worried about getting your dress ruined you should by an inexpensive dress

I'm doing the same thing - beach trash the dress photos. I'm sure we can get our dresses dry cleaned.

Re: Question about Trashing the Dress Shoot
I did mine in Coney Island. I washed the sand off the dress with water and then send it to the cleaners.
I plan on giving it to charity. I dont want to keep it, but if you intend to keep it- How clean it ends up depends on the type of dress.
I loved my shoot and did not care if my dress got ruined. I only paid a few hundred for the dress anyway.
I am buying a sep dress for that shoot, maybe a BM dress in White.... or simply diff dress. I don't think you will get a great cleaning with the sand and salt water.
