Question about Vanderbilt Mansion?

One of my friends at work just got engaged and is interested in the Vanderbilt Mansion at Dowling College.

Can someone give me an idea of the cost? The per person price, and the site fee (I'm assuming there is one). Feel free to FM me if you don't want to post it.
