My question is when should I send out my invites?? my RSVP date is 2/3/07.. should I send them ot by 12/15?? that would be about 8 weeks prior to the wedding date is that too soon? or should I do it 6weeks prior to the wedding date?

i think i did 8 weeks.... anywhere between 6 and 8 weeks i think you are safe.

thanks.. I think I'll go anywhere from 8-7weeks.. I just realized that I need direction cards printed.. so I need to give Pippy Sweets some time to get those ready.

we sent out the invites 12 weeks before the wedding- giving people 6 weeks to rsvp and then giving me time to wait for the late rsvp senders and having plenty of time to do seating.

my weddiquette book says 6-8 weeks!. To play it safe we'll probably be mailing them out 8 weeks early and that's only because we have a B list we want to invite if our A list invites decline and we want to give the B list 6 weeks

how about 7 weeks....its a happy medium between 6 and 8
it will give the invites about a few days or so to get mailed out and then when the guests receive them..they will have about 6 weeks to RSVP
