Question about white wine Need answer please

I need a dry white wine for a recipe. I have a chardonnay & a bordeaux. Are any of these dry?

It's sauted chix in garlic.Then you add broccoli, wine chix broth sundried tomato & spices & serve it w/ bowtie pasta.

Try some Pinot Grigio....it cooks pretty well

I personally find Chardonnay to be a bit sweet & fruity. Pinot is a bit more woodsy.... JMO
