So FH and I are sending out our save the dates any day now (we are very behind on this) and I want to make something that says I have a block of rooms set aside and they should call to make a reservation if they intend on staying. I want to make sure they know they are responsible to pay for the rooms if they want to stay. TIA!

is that normally included in the STD? my sister put her website link on the STD and on her webpage she listed all that info. not sure where that would fit into the STD. normally an accomodation card is put in the invite... hth..

The hotel that I chose provided direction cards with a note saying that I blocked rooms and if they wanted a room they can make a reservation.

Wow.. I'm getting married a week after you.. Do I need to send out the save the date cards!!! I feel like I'm behind on the some things.. But I was thinkign about sending the information the first week of January.. Is this too late??

I sent my STD's out 6 months to the day lol it's not too late at all
